Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

Return requests should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund.
All products qualify for a return except for the following:

• Customized/special products

• Clearance/1 SET OFFER/ As-is products

• Products that require on-site assembly

• Products that are not in new and unopened condition

• Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged, and/or with traces of fragrance or odors

Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and with their original packaging fully intact. Mod WeBe has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

Refund Calculation:

Any expenses incurred by Mod WeBe when the original orders were placed as delivery charges, assembly charges, delivery timing fees, delivery location and/or staircase delivery fees will be covered in the refund amount.

Therefore, a fee of 20% of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling.

As such, you will be refunded the following:

  • Purchase Price – Fee of 20% of the original invoiced value = Refunded Amount.
  • Please do note that a fee of 20% will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order.

Return pick up

The date and time of the pickup of the item you wish to return will be allocated to you, subject to the availability of our logistic resources. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Mod WeBe, requests for returns made directly at our warehouse will not be entertained.

Returns are applicable for local orders only and are not applicable to products exported out of India.

Refund mode & duration:

All Refunds will take 14 days to process only after we collect the returned item(s). We will issue the refund in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, Mod WeBe reserves the rights to change the mode of refund. All refunds for orders paid for via cash on delivery will be made via bank transfer.

Exchange

It is absolutely FREE to exchange the products if items are defective or damaged within (7) days. You can simply drop us an email to request for exchange. If you have confirmed to request for any exchange, return and refund, please drop us an email to wecare@modwebe.com Once we have received your email, we will reply within 3 working days.
